Bone Dry Basements uses a non invasive and non destructive method of crack injection. An expansive urethane foam rubber is injected into viable foundation cracks, which penetrates the full depth of the crack out to the dirt. Once cured, our product remains malleable, which allows for movement of the crack while still ensuring it is sealed.

Where injecting the crack is not feasible (no access, or deteriorated concrete), we can also seal cracks and foundations by excavating and patching from the exterior.
